When can I access my storage
container at Container Land?
You can access your container 24/7 utilizing your four-digit gate code.
Am I required to pay a security deposit?
Tenants are never required to pay a security deposit.
What documentation Is required from me to rent a container?
All you need is some form of government-issued photo id.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
Container Land offers easy month-to-month leases no matter which type of service you use. Although, our on-site “Rent It” service does offer free pick-up (normally $100 if w/in 15 miles) with a six (6) month rental agreement.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
We utilize RentRedi to make paying your monthly rent super easy via your computer or mobile device.Tenants may also stop by our office at 1964 Porter Ave Beloit, Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm.
What security features does Container Land have?
A code is needed to access the lot through the gate. For added security, cameras will be installed later this summer.
